PUBLIC SAFETY

Continue to bring properties with unauthorized construction into compliance with bylaws and regulations through the Illegal Construction Enforcement Team (“ICET”) program; and

• Continue to deliver files for Section 57 hearings to Council, targeting approximately six months from initial posting of Stop Work Order to hearing.

ECONOMIC PROSPERITY AND LIVELIHOODS

• Continue to leverage the Development and Permit Approvals Targets to achieve a minimum 30% reduction in the approval timelines; and •

Continue to support the expansion of the online permit portal and digital permit processing, providing new and enhanced permitting abilities across multiple permit types, including Engineering.

EDUCATION & CULTURE

• Develop and implement communication campaigns and development partner forums, to respond to emerging needs while improving and leveraging online resources available for citizens.
