ECONOMIC PROSPERITY & LIVELIHOODS

• Provide adult programming to support entrepreneurs, job seekers, and employment skills development; and •

Improve access to digital and physical tools and content.

INFRASTRUCTURE

• Plan for new Newton branch as part of the new Newton Community Centre; • Refresh children’s areas at several branches to increase engagement and create more welcoming spaces; •

Complete signage strategy and develop action plan to improve wayfinding and signage visibility; and • Support the City on initiatives to serve people facing barriers.

EDUCATION & CULTURE

Launch refreshed Surrey Libraries website to improve site navigation and user experience; and •

Support digital literacy development.
