ECONOMIC PROSPERITY & LIVELIHOODS
Complete a water metering technology and water rate review; Continue to investigate ways to quantify and reduce unaccounted water in our system; and
• Continue to develop a long-term asset management and funding strategy to ensure sustainable service delivery to residents.

EDUCATION & CULTURE
Add meters to all City parks and facilities;
• Continue to promote lawn sprinkling

regulation and other water conservation strategies; and
• Continue to explore opportunities to reduce water consumption in major City facilities;
• Expand volunteer metering program opportunities for meter expansion.
INFRASTRUCTURE
• Initiate the construction of Whalley Pump Stations upgrade; • Develop comprehensive process and/or tool to evaluate asset replacement prioritization to ensure sustainable delivery of water services; • Develop a condition assessment strategy to support the overall asset replacement prioritization;
Develop a strategy to replace precast concrete cylinder pipes;

• Continue to develop prioritization of large valve chamber upgrades; and • Develop a plan to improve fire-flow availability in different neighbourhoods in the City.
BUILT ENVIRONMENT & NEIGHBOURHOODS
• Update the servicing plans for Darts Hill and Redwood NCP to reflect current and planned infrastructure efficiencies; and
Evaluate professional reliance opportunities to improve timelines on fire flow design requirements.
