If you withdraw from a registered program within 7 days of the program starting you will now be charged withdrawal fees based on the value of the program. Go to www.surrey.ca/recreation, then select Admissions & Passes for more details.
Leisure Access Program The City of Surrey encourages all City residents to participate fully in leisure services and activities. The Leisure Access Program provides an opportunity for City residents in financial need to participate in Parks, Recreation and Culture activities at a very low cost. To qualify for the program applicants must be City of Surrey residents and must meet income limits. For more information or to receive a Leisure Access Application Form, please contact any Surrey Parks, Recreation and Culture facility or call 604-501-5100. Class Cancellation There are times when we must cancel an individual class due to inclement weather, instructor or facility related conflicts. In this occurrence, every effort will be made to reschedule the cancelled classes. If classes cannot be rescheduled, a credit will be placed on your account for future use. Please contact the Recreation Centre offering the program for details.
