The entire City of Surrey is designated as Development Permit Area #1. City-Wide Development Permit Guidelines apply to all commercial and multiple residential uses and Low-Rise, Mid-Rise, High-Rise, Employment or Industrial designations, excluding those areas shown on Figure 1.
