Adopt Regional Context Statements that:

identify routes on a map for the safe and efficient movement of goods and service vehicles to, from, and within Urban Centres; Frequent Transit Development Areas; Major Transit Growth Corridors; Industrial, Employment, and Agricultural lands; ports; airports; and international border crossings identify land use and related policies and actions that support the optimization and safety of goods movement via roads, highways, railways, aviation, short sea shipping, and active transportation

b)
D2.4.3 Establish a curb space access strategy to: a. Reduce congestion; b. Optimize on-street parking demand; c. Support goods movement; and d. Improve safety.
