8.1 Industrial (IND)

8.1.1 Intent

8.1.2 Implementing Zones

The following zones are consistent with the Industrial designation:

The Industrial designation applies to employment generating lands used for warehousing, manufacturing, distribution, and other light and heavy industrial uses. Accessory uses that operate ancillary to a main industrial use may include limited office uses, a caretaker’s residence, and commercial uses that are limited to those that support industrial activities.

Retail uses and stand-alone office uses are not permitted. Residential uses are not supported.
