8.2.1 Intent

8.2.2 Implementing Zones

The following zones are consistent with the Employment I designation:

The Employment I designation applies to employment generating lands, outside of Town Centres, intended for business park development. It supports light industrial, office, office-supportive commercial, and commercial uses that require large format buildings, and complementary uses.

Residential uses are not supported.
