2.1 Deliver a safe, efficient and accessible transportation network.

POLICY ACTIONS

Ensure new developments provide transportation infrastructure as specified by the City ’s engineering design standards to serve the site and connect seamlessly with the surrounding transportation network.

Ensure the City's transportation design standards guide the development of a network that:

Prioritizes the movement of people efficiently; Aligns with current industry standards;
