Children’s Festival The annual Surrey International
Children’s Festival inspires young hearts and minds to greater possibilities, and celebrates our rich and diverse cultural heritage through performing and visual arts experiences. This three day event takes place May 23–25, 2019.
Aquatics Programs Do you dream of becoming a lifeguard or simply love to swim? Join our Aquateers volunteer program and assist with public swims and learn to swim classes.
Party for the Planet The City of Surrey hosts its ninth annual Earth Day celebration ‘Party for the Planet’ at Civic Plaza on April 13, 2019. Attendees are able to visit various booths to learn about Surrey’s various sustainable initiatives, plus purchase affordable greenery for their yards and gardens at the inaugural tree and plant sale.

Canada Day and Fusion Festival
Community and Recreation Camps Make a positive impact while connecting with children in our community. Take part in your choice of sport, art, dance, drama, science and themed camps this summer! Work closely with City of Surrey staff to develop your skills knowledge and experience. Dates, times and locations are flexible!
July will be here before you know it and that means great summer events! Whether you’re singing our national anthem loud and proud at our Canada Day event or tasting great cultural foods at Fusion Festival; these events have something for everyone.
