Police money raised from traffic fines should stay in the communities they are collected from.

Police must be visible, walking on bikes. Having multiple cars/police at an accident is a waste of resources. Police must make the gangs/drug people feel very uncomfortable and hopefully we need to get the justice system to be much tougher on these Police Officers, who are well trained, follow the lead of other intermediate to senior officers before going out on their own, can speak well (fluent in the english language) other languages should be secondary, born and raised in bc preferred. Police requietment board must be of very honest ,unbised ,all faiths, non political and intelectual person , so that requitment must be fair and capable. SELECTION PROCESS MUST BE TRANSPERENT. Police should qualified and know the laws. I did not find this survey to be well thought out. We do not need to reinvent the wheel.

Police should scared new drivers on road. We're human not Gods that we born with all road traffic rules. Just take it easy boss.
