Yearly Physical Fitness Assessments

Peer Fitness Trainers conduct annual fitness assessments to assist staff in evaluating their physical health and offer recommendations for health improvement. Exercise Equipment Each workplace has access to a fully outfitted workout area, and staff are encouraged to use this equipment on a daily basis. Awareness Posters Staff receive wellness and safety messaging through posters displaying relevant information or reminders on current health topics. Each year, several different posters are produced to ensure comprehensive coverage of key health areas.

2024 Human Resources Accomplishments

Employee Wellness: Upgrade and Addition of New Equipment J Replaced fitness equipment and added additional cardio and strength equipment to ensure staff have the tools needed to maintain optimal physical health.

J Purchased a body scanning

device to measure and monitor body composition.

J Initiated cardiology testing and blood/urine screening for all staff.

Short Term Sick Leave Reduced by 21%

Operational Policies Update J Continue to modernize operational policies and establish a review cycle for future updates.
