CITY MANAGER

INFRASTRUCTURE

• Completed the Bear Creek Stadium covered grandstand project by 2024– year end. Lifecycle replacement of the running track, to be completed in 2025, will further enhance community sport amenities at this destination park.

HEALTH AND WELLNESS

• Worked in partnership with BC Housing to identify sites and begin the planning process for two new supportive housing projects for women and children.

CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY

• The City Manager, Senior Management Team, and Council participated in a workshop to solidify a framework on Mayor & Councils' priorities over the current Council term.

FUTURE INITIATIVES, GOALS & OBJECTIVES

INCLUSION

• Develop a Social Action Plan to ensure ongoing development of services for under served equity seeking groups.
