INFRASTRUCTURE

• The City's Land Management Online Permitting Portal has been upgraded with new features, including the Online Development Inquiry (“ODI”) service, which offers expanded information. Users can now view and manage Multi-Family and Commercial building permits online, alongside enhancements to previously released functionalities for a more efficient and user-friendly experience; • Advanced the Data Driven Decision Making (“D3M”) Program by delivering 12 new dashboards, including those supporting daily operations for Bylaws and Museums. Additionally, new data sets such as financial data, StatsCan data, and ocean conditions were incorporated to enable deeper insights across the City; • Expanded and enhanced the City’s online service offerings, including updates to the MySurrey Experience with features like an automated support form and design enhancements. Launched an alternative public notice service and improved the Online Registration system for seamless integration with the MySurrey Account. Upgraded surrey.ca to ensure optimal performance during peak traffic times. Additionally, rolled out revamped annual festival websites and improved online ticket sales services; • Secured the outstanding property requirements along 132 St as a requirement for the 72 Ave – 76 Ave road widening project;

• Citizens continue to embrace our online services, with 71% of eligible transactions conducted online. In 2024 we maintained our average with a slight increase from 69% in 2023 to 71% in 2024. We continue to see a high demand for City services. These online platforms consistently provide convenience, along with significant time and cost savings in travel for our citizens; • Citizens signed up for MySurrey Accounts, with 45,490 new users in 2024 (24% increase from 2023) or a total of 235,993 current accounts, indicating continued steady growth as Surrey residents for the Winter 2024 registration; this initiative improved the registration experience by offering early access to residents, ensuring a smoother and more reliable process with features like staggered registration dates and a virtual waiting room; and • Granted a lease on City-owned land in Campbell Heights to accommodate a pre-cast yard for the purpose of manufacturing, assembling, storing, and shipping the guideway and column infrastructure segments for Surrey Langley SkyTrain project. the City experiences increased demand for online services; • To better serve our residents, the City launched priority registration for
