INFRASTRUCTURE

• Enhance Surrey Online Services delivering a personalized experience on the City’s Surrey.ca website, customizing relevant and timely content and services for our citizens; • Continue to enhance the City’s Land Management Online Permitting Portal, providing the ability to view status, pay fees and access deficiencies for all permits, and advance end-to-end online permitting capabilities in multi family building permits, residential building permits, planning applications and engineering permits; • Launch the Archistar eCheck platform, powered by advanced AI, enabling developers and City staff to perform pre-application compliance checks against Surrey’s zoning bylaws. This system improves the quality of applications, saves time by reducing the need for multiple revisions, and accelerates permit approval times, supporting the City's commitment to meeting its growing housing needs;

• Expand the Data Driven Decision Making Program by enhancing self service analytics, delivering training, and analytical capabilities to assist more business areas in meeting City objectives through enhanced reporting and dashboarding; • Upgrade the City’s foundational Land Management System, that is used by City staff to manage permitting and all checks and improving service delivery to residents, business and developers; • Continue to oversee and execute IT asset replacement plans to ensure continuous delivery of services; • Continue our transition to a cloud based infrastructure to strengthen resiliency, agility, and innovation; and • Continue to enhance the energy efficiency of the City’s facilities to provide comfortable spaces for the public and ensure their long term sustainability. land-related processes, to support efforts to streamline applications, permit approvals and compliance

CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY • Develop a plan to prioritize Council policies over this Council term and bring forward Council policies for review and update; and

Strengthen the Continuous Improvement culture by providing ongoing departmental support to achieve 2025 goals and by offering expanded training and service options.
