INFRASTRUCTURE

• Collaborate with various departments to achieve the successful implementation of a new Workforce Management software; and •

Collaborate with IT to implement a new accounts receivable dashboard to track invoices by outstanding period, departments, and customer type.

CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY

• Publish the 2024 Annual Financial Report, meeting all legislated and PSAB standards and requirements; • Lead a taskforce to explore and recommend initiatives focused on improving the process of registering secondary suite units and ensuring the registration of existing units throughout the City; and

Continue to find opportunities for collaborative procurements by simplifying and standardizing similar requirements to achieve value for money for various departments in the City.
