How to Apply for the Home Owner Grant Online gov.bc.ca/homeownergrant Call 1-888-355-2700 The City of Surrey cannot process your Home Owner Grant.

Register for e-Billing by logging into your account

Property tax, utility and dog license renewal bills by email

To register, you will need the folio or account number and the access code from your bill. The City will email when your bill is ready to view online.

You can also use MyPropertyAccounts to: • Access assessment values

• View current and past tax and utility bills and payments • Monitor water consumption history (metered customers) • Make changes to your dog account, apply for a senior discount or request a fee reduction if your dog is spayed or neutered
