ECOSYSTEMS
SHARP employed high school and university students to enhance Surrey’s streams and riparian areas across numerous creek and foreshore sites. The team also conducted community engagement programming at schools, neighbourhood events and City-wide festivals, and supported ongoing partnerships with local hatcheries and environmental partners; and
• Conducted annual monitoring for the Boundary Bay Assessment and Monitor Program (“BBAMP”) and completed ensemble water quality studies that reviewed numerous years of monitoring in both the BBAMP and Adaptive Management Framework programs.
