Volunteer to keep them healthy, active spaces for all to enjoy! Join others in making a positive difference in our community by picking up litter, caring for a park bin, helping with a park beautification project, assisting at community events, and more. LEND-A-HAND Calling all elementary and secondary school teachers! Teach your students about social responsibility and the value of volunteering by adopting a local park during the school year. This free parks program includes an interactive in-class orientation and all litter pick-up supplies.

Volunteer to care for them by removing invasive plants, planting trees, improving tree wells and more. SYSS – SURREY YOUTH STEWARDSHIP SQUAD Are you a high school-aged youth looking for volunteer experience in nature? Care for the environment with our youth volunteer group! Plant trees and shrubs, help wildlife, plan environmental projects and more! For all opportunities, training and tools will be provided. Dog Off-Leash AREAS Leashing your dog and picking up after them are two of the easiest things you can do to help take care of our parks and keep them welcoming spaces for other visitors and wildlife. Want to let fido run free? Bring him to one of these designated off-leash areas in a park near you!
