July–August Wednesday 12:30pm–2pm Coffee Break on the Verandah Historic Stewart Farm Drop in for a free coffee or tea in the shade of the farmhouse verandah. July–August Thursdays 10am–2pm Discovery Days Surrey Nature Centre What will you discover at the Surrey Nature Centre? Start your discoveries outside with one of our Interpreters and choose from a selection of self guided activities; try one or try them all. Then head inside to check out our nature exhibition space to learn more about the flora and fauna that in live GreenTimbers Park. Operating Hours Explore the Museum in spirit of the wild outdoors! This scavenger hunt is available all week to teach you about the Camping and how it has evolved over the years. July–August Weekends 12pm–4pm Summer Weekend Drop-Ins Historic Stewart Farm Each weekend experience a different heritage theme with hands-on, free, local fun for the whole family. Recreation Centres are hosting a variety of exciting 55+ Canada Day events and activities on the days surrounding Canada Day that you won’t want to miss! Join us for Canada-themed BBQ and luncheons, a Strawberry themed music drop-in, and an Exploring Canada Armchair Traveller. Inquire at your local recreation centre to learn the details of what they are offering and to register.
