Taking place at the Fusion Festival, theYouth Cooking Showdown sees youth competing in a head-to-head culinary battle to impress our all-star panel of judges. Youth must work successfully with their team in order to create a dish that incorporates a secret ingredient in order to be crowned the Cooking Showdown Champion.
