Our certified personal trainers can create a personalized workout plan to help you reach your goals and provide the motivation you need. Minimum age 13 years (ID required) for fitness centre entry. Consult your doctor prior to beginning a fitness program.The City of Surrey¬ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. A fee will be charged for lost locker keys.

Health, Safety and Security This facility follows all public health orders and City direction related to public health. Avoid placing bags or belongings on the floor. Wear proper sport footwear with good tread and a heel cup. No sandals or open toe shoes. Leave your valuables at home. The City is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Limited open cubbies available. Sanitize your equipment before and after use. No food allowed. Bring your own non-breakable water bottle with secure lid. Avoid dropping weights. Use collars for weight plates. Return weights, plates and attachments to their proper racks and stands after use. Report any facility or equipment concerns to staff immediately.

Respect Others Share the equipment. Cardio time limits are in effect whenever others are waiting.

Turn cellular phones to silent mode; step outside the fitness centre to talk on your phone. Do not take pictures or recordings of people. No swearing or disrespectful language. To meet your music preference, bring your own. Use headphones when listening to music or watching videos on your device. Avoid wearing perfume or cologne. Chalk is not permitted. Education Injuries may result from improper use of equipment. Personal training services are available. Coaching or training others is not permitted. Ask our weight room staff for assistance and instruction on equipment use or exercises. Request an orientation session if you are new to the weight room.

Fitness Centre Orientations Certified staff are happy to provide information on the layout and safe operation of our equipment to get you started on your fitness journey. Orientations are free.
